My mama got 50 Pumpkin Sugar Cookies from here for my baby shower. First of all they were Huge! The cookies were delicious, perfectly cooked. They weren't hard but also not too soft that they crumbled making a mess everywhere but just perfect. They were very cutely made and had very good consistency throughout all of them. They are on the pricey side (i also don't know how much grade a cookies like these go for) but very much worth it. The employees where very nice & respectable when we ordered the cookies and also when I picked them up. 15/10 Would recommended and come again
I’ve ordered two birthday cakes - 6” rounds. They were both delicious! This size cake is cheaper than the same one at Publix, and it is 10x more delicious! We ordered vanilla and peanut butter chocolate - both just wonderful! It also serves 6-8 people. Great value for a homemade cake! (In picture the 3D decorations are mine!)
I had to try the Popped Tart! Sweet, Flaky and Tasty. The strawberry flavor inside the tart definitely Popped!
The sweetest, best, most caring staff and owners. Heard stories for years of what they did for my parents at their wedding and have had the pleasure of using them a few times. The best sweets, and the best people. Love the Cake shop!
Place is loaded with desserts. Friends had suggested we try their tarts so we did(strawberry & also cinnamon one). Good choices! Quiet atmosphere with pleasant helpful staff.
I heard about the viral "popped " tart and looked into what else they had. I picked up a marble cupcake (and early Birthday treat for myself!) And of course the "popped" tart! Any reservations I may have had has been quickly replaced with these delicious treats! I'm hoping to pick up a cream cheese brownie on my next visit and dropping the biggest hints for more marble cupcakes for any special event!
I've been a customer for yrs. Since the John Knox Rd location and I've been ordering cakes for over 10 yrs. It's always fresh sometimes too fresh, lol. Ladies are always very nice and I go weekly actually. I've always been greeted very politely and with wonderful customer service. They even will make cupcakes for me if they are out in the display case. I've never had any worries about quality or taste. And my pooch loves you're doggie cookies!!
The monkey pies are worth a trip! One of the best pastries I’ve ever had. Think an oversized cinnamon rugalach…sooo good! The buttery, flaky, puff pastry and cinnamon combo is to die for, especially when popped in the microwave at home for a few seconds. Popped tarts were delicious as well- we had strawberry and blueberry and loved both. While not all of the staff is overly warm and fuzzy, they were efficient and the treats were so good that I don’t care too much about lack of smiles or joy from the team. Will definitely stop by anytime I’m passing through Tallahassee.
